Walking into SweetLeaves as the morning sun peeks through the Minneapolis skyline, there’s already a sense of purpose in the air. Our first task is always ensuring our display cases are pristine and our inventory is perfectly arranged. The morning routine includes checking our online ordering system and preparing for both virtual and in-person customers.
Customer Service – 10:00 AM
The doors open, and we welcome our first customers of the day. Many are regulars from St. Paul and Edina who appreciate our knowledgeable staff and diverse selection. We pride ourselves on being able to answer questions about everything from tinctures to topicals.
Lunch Rush – 12:30 PM
The lunch hour brings professionals from nearby St. Louis Park and Minnetonka. Many are looking for quick, efficient service as they stop in during their break. Our online ordering system makes this process smooth and convenient.
Afternoon Education – 2:00 PM
Between customers, we participate in ongoing education about:
- New products entering the market
- Updated state regulations
- Best practices for customer service
- Product knowledge and applications
Evening Wind Down – 7:00 PM
As the day comes to a close, Richfield residents often stop by on their way home from work. We ensure our inventory is updated and begin preparing for tomorrow. Every day brings new faces and stories, making each shift at SweetLeaves unique and rewarding.
